Winter is here, once again.
Minningar frá Reykjavík
During my last visit to Reykjavik, I was able to reconnect with the city in a very special way. I walked through streets and iconic places, both for the local music scene and for myself, visiting record stores, bars, and record labels that have been key points in the Icelandic cultural scene. I was familiar with many of these spots, but walking through them in person allowed me to delve deeper into their unique atmosphere.
I had the opportunity to perform two beautiful live concerts at Mengi. I take with me incense, volcanic stones, photos, videos, memories, and the unforgettable experience of having lived one of the most valuable weeks of my life.
“What I Couldn’t Say”
“What I Couldn’t Say” was the first song I wrote and the one that gave rise to this project. Pianos, string arrangements, tea and dark chocolate, vocal harmonies, snowmen in the window, incense, and many hours of work during the winter nights in Gothenburg.
